Yet more Boxing

There must be something in the air, but my couple clients decided to take a break from their Kickboxing course in hour seven to revert back to some Boxing. My second Monday lesson focused on attacking and countering. These were the 3-minute rounds:

  1. One-for-one sparring
  2. Ditto

  4. Jab versus counters
  5. Ditto
  6. Ditto
  7. Ditto
  8. Ditto
  9. Ditto

The lesson drew out areas we need to cover in subsequent lessons including attacking out of a corner without being hit and games used to encourage movement whilst striking.
