Hour three of my new client’s Boxing course on Wednesday continued work on defence. We looked at head movement games and I introduced body sparring.
2-minute rounds:
- One-for-one sparring within restricted area
- No guard sparring
- Body shot sparring attack vs defence
- Ditto
- Body shot free sparring
2 x 3-minute American style pad-work (working slips to counter)
3 x 45 second rounds with 15 second breaks – move and punch
