10 press-ups

30 bicycle crunches

30 front squats with 7kg medicine ball

40 rising kicks

40 crescent kicks

40 round kicks

30 bridges

30 floor press with 7kg medicine ball

30 pull overs with 7kg medicine ball

30 Rocky solos with 7kg medicine ball


We finished with partner stretching.
