Today’s private lesson focused on the 300 format again with an emphasis on performing simple home exercises. Once again, we hit the legs and core a lot, and mixed up martial arts techniques with medicine ball and basic calisthenics. The level of difficulty the student experienced in each exercise is indicated by the repetitions an

 

I taught the student the correct basic form for a press-up using the dead start position Mo Teague teaches.

 

10 press-ups

30 bicycle crunches

30 front squats with 7kg medicine ball

40 rising kicks

40 crescent kicks

40 round kicks

30 bridges

30 floor press with 7kg medicine ball

30 pull overs with 7kg medicine ball

30 Rocky solos with 7kg medicine ball

 

We finished with partner stretching.
