25.02.20   My teacher training was entirely focused on low kicks this Tuesday night. We trained for their correct execution, defence and chaining with punches and other kicks.   We used the Dutch style of drilling low kicks, prompting immediate return kicks after receiving a kick. 04.02.20 My second Tuesday night lesson continued my teacher training and we looked at material for this Saturday’s closed Muay Thai for Martial Arts Cross Training Workshop. Kicking Back & Escaping the Mount (diary entry)

15.05.19   Wednesday’s second two lessons consisted of junior Muay Thai and Senior Submission Grappling. The former lesson involved working a lot on piecing the game together, reviewing Western Boxing from the previous course and merging aspects from the different disciplines.
