27.07.20 Monday’s lesson covered the hip bump sweep, the Kimura from guard, the scissor sweep and we started the arm-bar. This is the penultimate hour of their 10 hour course. The warm-up consisted of several solo ground-fighting exercises before the two lockdown partners performed their first fully resistant exercise.
