09.03.19   The first lesson of the morning brought my client up to the four and a half hour mark of his course on Combat Conditioning. 21.11.2018   My first lesson of the day was with Kingham Hill School. We got straight into attribute training for their self-protection course. The previous weeks have focused on personal security and self-defence. This week we begin looking at other arts that have functional benefits for self-defence hard skills.
