Hour three of my client’s Submission Grappling/Ground-Fighting continued our work on the scarf-hold. After confirming last lesson’s transition from side control to scarf-hold, we moved onto defences against the scarf-hold. This moved us onto taking the back, back-mount and the rear naked choke as well reversing the position. The lesson finished with 2 x 2 minute rounds of specific sparring focusing on pinning and pin escapes.
