“Rickshaw” Training – The Warm-up

The surreal meets the functional!

This is the beginning of a series of exercises using a small donkey cart. The is to develop large muscle groups in line with movements advantageous in fighting. The warm-up is done running forwards pulling the cart. Stability strength begins to get tested as the runner goes down the hill.

Although this sort of video should contain a couple of steroid using meatheads shouting abuse from the cart, as it shoots along a specially constructed racetrack. They weren't available, so members of the family were instead utilized!
