My second private lesson on Monday was with my long-time client and looked completely at Muay Thai sparring. After a warm-up of sport specific exercises, we moved on 10 rounds of building up to full Muay Thai sparring.

Round 1 – Focus mitts

Round 2 – Teep one-for-one

Round 3 – Attack vs Defence

Round 4 – Defence vs Attack

Round 5 – Boxing vs Kickboxing

Round 6 – Kickboxing vs Boxing

Round 7 – Attack vs Counter-Attack

Round 9 – Counter-Attack vs Attack

Round 9 – Clinch only

Round 10 – Freesparring
