Pulling the Cart Backwards Uphill – Functional Fitness

This exercise – pulling a weighted cart backwards up a hill – is designed to develop the following:

1. Strong defensive fighting for the clinch against takedowns

2. Pulling strength for high and lowline takedowns

3. Pull strength to unbalance an opponent/enemy

4. Justify training when I should be taking my family out on a Sunday!
