My 1.5 hour client continued his MMA ground-fighting with work from the guard position. As with the previous his previous lesson, we worked from the hardest position onwards.
After a muscle activation and sport specific warm-up there were our 3-minute games:
From flattened half-guard - move to dominant position or knee-shield vs land five continuous punches or pass guard
