I returned to Wivenhoe in Colchester to teach a seminar for Kuroten Practical Karate. This is the third time Tracey Radley (KPK's founder) has booked me to teach a seminar. We continued our work from last time using the "Vagabond Warriors: Guttersniping" model, which focuses on ground-fighting through the lens of Submission Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts and Self-Defence.

There was an emphasis on attacking from defending against scarf-hold and we also covered some technical work on arm-triangle, snake-choke, Americana and scarf-hold arm-bar.
