My Wednesday client's 1.5 hour session continued his focus on improving engagement in Boxing. We used the following rounds to bring hooks and uppercuts into play at mid and close range as well as defending against them. I looked at typical set-ups for hooks like straight punches as constraints for my rounds.
3-minute rounds
one-for-one at close and mid-range
two-for-two at close and mid-range
hooks and uppercuts vs defence only

straight punches vs hooks and uppercuts
