My 1.5 hour client was the first to train in my nearly completed gym tonight. We continued his focus on kicks with the following session after our warm-up:

3-minute rounds:

  1. One-for-0ne kicks
  2. Two-for-two kicks
  3. 1, 1-2, 1,2,3 combinations that must include at least one kick
  4. Teeps versus round kicks
  5. Round kicks versus teeps
  6. Kicks versus punching
  7. Kicks versus clinch
  8. Muay Tae versus muay mat
  9. Kick versus kicks
  10. Freestyle

16-minute high intensity heavy bag workout – 8 x 8 sets of 10 seconds alternating between heavy kicks and speed kick combinations

PNF and static stretching warm-down.
