My 1.5 hour client was the first to train in my nearly completed gym tonight. We continued his focus on kicks with the following session after our warm-up:
3-minute rounds:
- One-for-0ne kicks
- Two-for-two kicks
- 1, 1-2, 1,2,3 combinations that must include at least one kick
- Teeps versus round kicks
- Round kicks versus teeps
- Kicks versus punching
- Kicks versus clinch
- Muay Tae versus muay mat
- Kick versus kicks
- Freestyle
16-minute high intensity heavy bag workout – 8 x 8 sets of 10 seconds alternating between heavy kicks and speed kick combinations
PNF and static stretching warm-down.
