Angry Fence to make space fence 2 Jamie Clubb coaches a transitional striking drill, beginning with the fence06.10.2021

Wednesday’s two lessons at Kingham Hill continued work on the fence. We also did some incidental combination work, transitioning through positions, adding more verbal pressure to the fence and discussions on handling fear.
