Fluid Attack (diary entry)


My first client continued his stick fighting with a revision of postures, transitioning and 12 angles on the single stick. He then was introduced to the fluid attack double stick drill. This involves a downward and upward diagonal strike off one hand followed the same action off the other.

My second client went through the rhythm and flow combinations 11-14 again. These aren’t particularly lengthy combinations but seem to be either tactical positioning work or explosive bursts.
