Hour eight of my UKSO Cotswolds’ teacher client’s clinch course continued our work on the ankle picks. After a warm-up, we reviewed the nearside ankle picks using the elbow tie and the wrist grip. Next we moved onto the two far-side ankle picks. The far-side ankle picks were the under elbow tie and the under-hook. For details on these please see my previous recent entries on these takedowns.
The lesson finished with 2 x 3 minutes of Freestyle Wrestling.
