Monday morning saw the return of the twins, two teenage clients of mine who train during their holidays in Muay Thai. This is their eighth hour. Today our focus was mainly on clinching, its weapons and integration.
After our dynamic stretching and sports specific warm-up, we covered the following 3-minute rounds.

- Curve knee drill
- Elbow placement techniques
- Elbows to the body sparring
- Knees and elbows to the body sparring
- Clinch versus outboxing
- Ditto
The rounds were broken up for individual coaching advice.
