Boxing Blast Out (diary entry)

Due to me being away on Wednesday and until Thursday next week, my 1.5-hour client got in his lesson earlier than normal. Tonight we trained Boxing for 12 x 2 minute rounds followed by a 20 minute Mo Teague fitness challenge and stretching.

 

  1. Jabs only
  2. Lead hand only
  3. Jabs to the head and body, crosses only to the body
  4. Southpaw versus orthodox
  5. Ditto
  6. Front foot versus back foot
  7. Ditto
  8. Attack versus defence
  9. Ditto
  10. Straight punches
  11. Body shots only
  12. Free sparring

 

The fitness challenge was 300 squats, 200 seated knee tucks, 100 push-ups.
